From 10th to 18th October, St James is joining the National Week of Prayer, as Christians across the country come together to humble ourselves before God, pray for our nation and believe for spiritual awakening.

Throughout the week, we’ll have a number of opportunities to pray together, event details below!

Join the WhatsApp group to take part in the week and find out more. If you’d like to come to the prayer feast, please sign up, and you can also use the group to choose a slot for our 24-hour prayer on Thursday.

Thursday - 24 hours of Fasting and prayer

Don’t worry you won’t be doing all 24 hours on your own! We have split the day into one hour slots with suggestions of things to pray for (see below).

Try fasting for a period of time by giving up something that takes up your time and energy - maybe TV, your phone, food……so you have more time to pray.
